Guys, quit asking the same few questions

Cyberfile​

  • Cyberfile uploads and downloads do not work, this is intentional while a server move is in progress. Just wait for Taco to say when they are resumed.
    • Uploads are re-enabled, most files copied to new server
  • Cyberfile thumbnails will probably never be fixed.



Bunkr​

  • Bunkr is overloaded so yes downloads and uploads will be slow, you 'may' have a better experience using a European VPN server. There are fixes being planned to cope with the increased traffic such as advanced caching servers, these are not implemented yet.
    • Cache server has been implemented
  • Registrations are closed until at least bunkr is no longer overloaded.
    • Registrations currently open
  • 429 errors mean you are downloading too much at once, most bunkr servers only allow one download at a time. Pressing play and then pressing download counts as two hence the 429 error.

Problem
Bunkr videos often - but not always - will not play/stream in browser while on VPN, but work fine when off VPN.

Possible Cause
I suspect caused by ddos protection blocking the GET request for the mp4 file.

Network Diagnostics
shows a GET request blocked 403 Forbidden. Which is odd, as I passed the ddos protection when opening the link initially. This 403 Forbidden error still happens even after downloading the file, which triggers the ddos protection again.

Notes and Troubleshooting steps
  • Downloading the file always works, and dl speed is always fast as usual around 6+ mbps.
  • Occurs both when logged in and out.
  • No adblock, and tried in different browsers and with no addons/extensions.
  • Switching VPNs to different locations and countries does not work.
  • Can replicate with different computers.
  • Occurs with different ISPs and in different geographic locations.

Prior reports of same issue, unclear if directly related

I've been having download issues with Bunkrr lately. I've lost the ability to use 3rd party downloaders like cyberdrop.dl and J2 downloader. Trying to manually download some files leads me to a page that says "Forbidden. Direct file access is currently disabled." I've noticed something saying DDoS Guard pop up now and again; I'm not sure if that has something to do with it as I've never seen that before. I've experienced this with my VPN on and off.

issues uploading files, have to retry often, seems to happen in waves.

i wanted to upload some big files around 1gb, but am reluctant as they will likely fail. im using a vpn.

any tips, or is it just something i gotta deal with and keep retrying? ty in advance

We have been going back and forth with ddos-guard on this.

So far they havent been able to identify the issue. It's a them issue unfortunately.

We are actively working on this with them as we speak.

EDIT: They have made a few changes and now the video in question loads fine here. Before it did show 403 but not anymore.

Hello everyone,
Is there an issue with cyberfile last days ? It's been more than 24h that all cyberfile link are "In Maintenance / Moving Servers", old and recent links, no difference (VPN or not, adblock or not, any browers...)

Yeah, they're moving servers, exactly like it says.
What about that is so hard to understand?

Genuinely dont understand how people get confused by something that has a very clear message explaining why the file cant be accessed.
Can you please explain what you dont understand?

It's been more than 24h hours and it happens on every link I click. I've seen many change servers on bunkr, go file or any other platform and it was never this long on so many files, that's why I ask if there anything else than that. Don't you never have reloaded a gofile video that was blocked because "the format is not compatible" and then it works perfectly ? I can read, but I don't always took for granted what a website says, if so i would have been with a lot of hot mom that lived nearby me.

There is a lot in this thread, so I apologize if this has been covered somewhere.

I almost always have issues viewing/downloading from bunkrr. I typically use Aloha on an iPad, and have made (unsuccessful) attempts with Safari, if that is important.

Whether I use the Aloha vpn, an external vpn, or no vpn at all, it is rare for a file to work. I have never been able to download using the download button. I can only download if I am able to get the video to play, then right clicking on the screen and selecting download video. The problem is that I rarely get a video to play. I always have to keep refreshing the page until it finally works, which only happens maybe 50% of the time.

Is there something I should be doing that I am unaware of?

Issue started a week ago, but no matter what; Gofile, Bunkr & Cyberdrop just can't be accessed. It's not a Download or Upload problem I just legit can't open the Links, It's not a connection problem aswell since Saint and Coomer links are working fine.

Is this related to the Server Migration some posts above have been Talking about?

*Note: Pixeldrain doesn't work aswell but Mega seems to be doing just fine.
