  1. Terms of Service (ToS)
    Before doing anything, please check the Terms of Service.

    simpcity.su claims no responsibility in the content you post or interact with.
  2. Moderators
    Moderators are allowed to:

    • Delete any content, post or thread.
    • Merge or edit threads and posts.
    • Any other actions that prevent spam and benefit the end-user.
    • Moderators do not have to provide a reason via notification when doing so
  3. Forum Language
    Use standard English including capitalization and punctuation, to the best of your ability.
    An exception to this rule is the Brazilian category where Portuguese/Spanish is accepted.
  4. Behave Appropiately
    No hate speech, being toxic, sexism or being unnecessary rude against others.

    In some cases this can result in a temporary or even a permanent ban.

  5. No Discrimination or racism
    Any kind of discrimination or racism is strictly forbidden.

    In some cases this can result in a temporary or even a permanent ban.

  6. No Threats, Inciting Violence or Terrorism
    Threats, blackmailing or inciting terrorism or violence against other people is strictly forbidden.

    Breaking this rule will result in a permanent ban without prior notice.

  7. No Trading, or Buying/Selling Content
    Basically any interaction that involves a transfer of money is strictly forbidden.

    We take no responsibility for users being scammed or in any other way loses their money.

Posting Rules
  1. Social Links
    Social links are required when starting any content thread, see here for more detail.
  2. Megathread Social / Thread Links
    A social link or thread link is required for every post in a megathread, see the megathread rules page here for more detail.
  3. No Farming
    Behaviours aimed towards abusing the score system are not allowed.
    Examples are:

    • Content spreading to an unreasonable amount of posts, gatekeeping ("you want to see more? leave some likes").
    • Intentionally reposting content that already exists on the forum for the purpose of like farming, this includes compilations and edits. An exception being posts that comply with our mirroring policy, further details can be found here.
    • No screenshots of videos already posted in the thread.
  4. No Spamming
    Begging, bumping, "Anything new?", "Thank you!" or any sort of off-topic posts are considered spam.
    Note: We allow re-up requests for three days.
  5. Spamfilter Bypass
    We do have a spamfilter in place to prevent most of the usual spam sources.

    Any attempt to bypass the spam or censor filter e.g. d.i.s.c.o.r.d will be punished.
  6. No requests outside the requests or discussion categories
    The request categories are as follows:
    If a model already has a main content thread outside of requests please don't make a new request thread, instead you should request content in their discussion thread.
    'Who is this?' requests go in one of the 'Who is this?' threads: General, Asian, Hotwives.
  7. No discussion outside the discussion categories
    Discussion is to be kept to the following categories:
  8. No CCTV / IP / Spy Camera Content
    No posting of hacked/leaked content taken from CCTV / IP / Spy cameras without consent from the subjects.
  9. No Pools/Funds
    No Pools/Funds of any kind are allowed in threads, but are tolerated if done through DM's.

    We take no responsibility for members being scammed or in any other way losing their money.

  10. No Advertising Third-party Sites
    No advertising of third-party sites.
    This includes Discord servers, Telegram channels and other unapproved sites that are, in any way, shape or form, similar to SimpCity. Do not add any personal watermarks as we cannot know if it is advertising one of these sites.
  11. No Referral Links / "Earn Links"
    Monetized file hosts or URL shorteners that earn the uploader money are forbidden.

    Breaking this rule can result in a permanent ban without prior notice.

  12. Quality of Content
    Posts with low quality content (screenshots, screen recordings, compressed files etc.) will be removed and all reactions lost when higher quality (source quality) versions of the files have been posted. An exception being 1080p, 4K and VR versions of videos, all of which are allowed in the same thread.

    Upscaled/enhanced content does not count as higher quality and is considered reposting.
  13. Fakes and Deepfakes
    No fakes, deepfakes, or photoshoped images outside the appropriate Fakes / Deepfakes category.
  14. Premium Content
    No social media content allowed in threads in the Premium Fan Sites or Professional Sites categories.
  15. Check Category Guidelines
    Each category or subcategory could have different posting rules and guidelines.
    Be sure to check them before you start posting.

Strictly Forbidden Content
  1. Underage Content
    Underage content (depicting person under 18yo), Child pornography and any material depicting children are strictly forbidden.

    Breaking this rule will result in a permanent ban without prior notice.

  2. Revenge Porn
    Content where the perpetrator is a former partner who has chosen to share sexual images, which were initially consensually provided in good faith during a relationship.
    It also includes nonconsensual pornography distributed by hackers or by individuals seeking profit or notoriety.

    Breaking this rule can result in a permanent ban without prior notice.

  3. Obscene Content
    Scat, puke, bestiality, rape etc.

    Breaking this rule will result in a permanent ban without prior notice.

  4. Virus or Malware Linking
    Any file that could be harmful to users and/or their hardware.

    Breaking this rule will result in a permanent ban without prior notice.

  5. Doxing
    Doxing in any shape or form is strictly forbidden

    Breaking this rule will result in a permanent ban without prior notice.
