Guys, quit asking the same few questions

Cyberfile​

  • Cyberfile uploads and downloads do not work, this is intentional while a server move is in progress. Just wait for Taco to say when they are resumed.
    • Uploads are re-enabled, most files copied to new server
  • Cyberfile thumbnails will probably never be fixed.



Bunkr​

  • Bunkr is overloaded so yes downloads and uploads will be slow, you 'may' have a better experience using a European VPN server. There are fixes being planned to cope with the increased traffic such as advanced caching servers, these are not implemented yet.
    • Cache server has been implemented
  • Registrations are closed until at least bunkr is no longer overloaded.
    • Registrations currently open
  • 429 errors mean you are downloading too much at once, most bunkr servers only allow one download at a time. Pressing play and then pressing download counts as two hence the 429 error.

The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".​

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Is the "Too many requests" error a me issue?

I'm guessing it is, but I've noticed lately I'm coming across a fair number of videos (usually older) where I have to reload the page a number of times to finally get the video to stream or successfully initiate a download, and I don't think there's a way around that.

Videos not playing. I don't know if everyone has this problem but i can't watch even my uploads. pressing play button, player looks like buffering but never play. same for chrome and opera. im not using any ad blocker. do you have this problem?

edit: i've tryed mozilla firefox. this time player says about server maintanance. fuuu

This is the issue I'm running into in regards to my post above yours. The video acts like it's buffering but nothing ever happens, but if I refresh the page a few times or even outright close+reopen the tab it'll sometimes eventually work. It's definitely not maintenance-related though, that message never fails to load.

also for example which im trying to watch video on cdn8 server, it errors. ok. when look to the status screen cdn8 server is looks running, cdn5 server is in maintenance. I guess there is no correlation between buffering problem/maintenance error and status screen
edit: unlike your situation, when i try to watch old date videos, it errors %20

About 3/4 of my Cyberfile uploads end like this. It's not consistent across file size, file count, or the files themselves - a file might fail 4 times, and work on the 5th. A 2GB, 3 file upload might fail while a 30GB, 20 file upload will work fine. Not on VPN while uploading. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Recently all the storage servers have been getting hit with massive amount of requests, overloading the servers, thus, requests fail as the "protection" kicks everyone.

We are working to change the code a bit to mitigate this, but its a hit/miss as we need to test with real people using the service.

We have been thinking of enabling like 10 small 1gbit servers, this way it allows us to spread the load across many other servers instead on 2-3 servers like right now.

Is there any way to get all the list of albums, I have a cache of albums from February, but I find that I can't get part of my cached albums in *bunkr search results are not allowed*, and sometimes I need to use Regex to search title, but this is not possible in *bunkr search results are not allowed*.

I'm not sure if this issue is just me, but I've had a problem downloading from bunkr recently. I tried to download some vids from a recent album and I end up getting a "429 Too many requests", along with a "failed - forbidden" (forcing me to re-download it all over again). I've tested to see if the same thing happens with a VPN, it does. Is it possible the files could be overloaded from others downloading them? Certain videos from the album doesn't give me the same problem as I mentioned above.

What's the bunkr subdomain you are trying to download from so I can check?

429 is when you make too many requests too quickly, and 403 is when you are trying to open the video outside the bunkr domain.

Also please when having issues leave as much info as possible, including subdomain or link to the file you want to download, so this way we dont have to wait for your response (in this case) to identify the server. That way we can go straight to the server and take a closer look.
