Yeah, same story here at the moment, sadly. Coming from the watched threads page and clicking the "watched-thread-latest" link works maybe a third of the time. Another third it takes anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes to load the watched thread on the latest new post, and the last third is the website timing out and returning that the requested page cannot be loaded.
Known issue, being worked up. There's a lot of settings that can be causing this issues and the day only has 24 hours
Not sure if this helps but I noticed that clicking on the thread's title that links to the url that ends with "unread" loads really slow, vs if you click the last page, for example:
Clicking : https://simpcity.su/threads/legendarylootz.96298/unread
vs : https://simpcity.su/threads/legendarylootz.96298/page-6
they both lead to the same page, but the unread link takes forever to load vs the page 6 link..
Hope that helps with diagnosis, probably doesn't but it doesn't hurt to mention it.
EDIT: for now, clicking on the last page vs clicking the thread title is making browsing so much tolerable. Hope it gets fixed soon. It's night and day clicking the thread title vs the last page. Thank goodness I found this out.

This site having fucking everything route to stripchat is infuriating. Its literally ruining what was a great site
Its meant to be one pop-ad every 30 mins, average visit is less than that so in reality its once per visit.
If you are getting something different to that then maybe there is something wrong, you might be blocking cookies which stores when it was last shown or some other bug.

is there anyway for anyone to add tags to a thread now that most of the tags have disappeared after the update or are those coming back? also right now only the OP can add tags?
Don't use incognito windows, make sure your cookies get set and you'll get only 1 ad per 30 minutes (which is the average visit time per user). We probably have the least aggressive ads from all of the other sites similar to us and you know someone has to pay the bills, right?
When we migrated to the new server, every single post got marked as unread for everyone. By default XenForo alerts users of a new reply to a thread they're watching only if they've viewed the thread since the last alert.
We're looking into ways of fixing this and making alerts go through regardless of your view state.
I tried all captchas both on mobile and pc and they work for me. Regardless, emails are currently disabled until we fix them.
