I mean its healthy to be skeptical of anything you read, just blindly believing people based on their words/their circumstantial evidence is brain dead and shows a real lack of critical thinking. At this point it is literally a he said/she said situation with evidence that can easily be faked by anyone. I could care less about who is right or wrong but it seems your only evidence is "why would person A or person B lie about this" but this shifts the burden of proof away from the person making the claim. Like why assume pink is 100% in the right without undeniable, irrefutable proof other than "I as a third party observer cannot fathom why pink could have lied"? Some people are just irrational so it is pointless to try to even guess their reasoning or you are only presented surface level information so you can't grasp the reasoning. Or like you said, she could be telling the truth but who really knows? Definitely not us as unrelated outside observers having an argument on a porn forum, which is why its stupid to pass judgment at this stage. I would wait until the inevitable court case documents get leaked because none of the evidence that has been put out there so far would fly unchallenged in the court of law.
So until all this comes out to be true, we should keep trying to disprove the victim and defend the one being accused. Lol pink has lawyers why would this be an irrational decision, Pink would literally get sued for defamation. Clearly fream wants to settle this privately so the truth doesn't come out. Pink doesn't want her money so she's speaking out. You people are telling her to be quiet because she doesn't know what she's doing even though you people don't know what she knows. I mean zzyzx one of freams close friends has also come our against her. I agree there really isn't hard evidence maybe because that could effect the case against fream, but it's not hard to puzzle this sht together. I think there's little point in trying to poke holes in Pinks story especially when some of the proof/evidence is probably withheld due to the legal battle that they're in, I would imagine from a lawyers perspective it'd be like showing your entire hand for everyone to see and would only go to help Freams side prepare a rebuttal earlier.
Personally why I don't agree with a "guilty until proven innocent" stance anyone would take, I'd be hard pressed to believe Pink would go and do this for no reason especially when financially and socially she's at a peak right-now (maybe beside the twitch break) and Fream is slowly but surely falling off into obscurity.
If it was done with bad intent, Pink has very little to gain from it. And both Tectone and Fream have said in the later stages of their marriage they were at eachothers throats a lot of the time, so doing dumb shit like this to get back at them assuming Pink and Teccy are dating (which isn't confirmed afaik) could be considered her coup de grace.
