On one side, it's cool Katie is living her life. something she didn't have for the last ten years or so. But there's a difference between living your life and doing what she is doing. This isn't exclusive to her, a lot of camgirls/pornstar hide their boyfriend/husbands from their following because a lot of these guys are brain broken and too far gone and they will leave or go crazy when they find out. If she loses her fan base she'll have to start from scratch and with the amount of effort she puts in now it wont happen. That being said I don't think all would leave but some would, it's out of sight out of mind for them.

Prime example of this is what happened with RocknRose. She was married for a long time but once her top whale found out he went crazy. he would go into other models rooms and have them change their name to his. Leaving out the context where her husband was also a member of the room and both routinely manipulated the guy, lied to his face about their relationship, and kept giving him the impression that he had some kind of chance.
