A few times now I have inadvertently locked my account by opening too many tabs/refreshing too many at once, causing the bots to lock me out to prevent any DDOS or similar. When this happens, I'm unable to access any page, including the Contact Us page to submit a support request to have it unlocked.
Is it possible for accounts that are in this "locked" state to have access to the, or another modified "Contact Us" page to lodge a ticket? Rather than having to create secondary accounts to contact.
Not trying to make it happen, but, it could. So I just wanted to try to make it easier.
