Support Site blocked by ISP? (Virgin Media UK)

Hi, so, the site is currently blocked for me for some reason. I am located in the UK and my ISP is Virgin Media. To my knowledge, any child safety settings are disabled. I was wondering if anyone else who potentially uses Virgin as an ISP can back me up whether it's blocked or not for them. Weirdly enough, it works fine on my PC, but not my phone, and the reason I assumed it was blocked is because

Some DNS stuff was changed and it can take a while to propagate to all the DNS servers around the world.
If you want to speed things up you can change DNS server to cloudflares

Been like this for a few days now, have to use a VPN just to access the site.

Virgin Media are the only UK ISP who do this and it pisses me off, they ban everything
