isp block

Anyone know why my ISP would recently brand jpg4.su as a ''digital threat'' and block me from going there when clicking on images? I could go to my ISP's website and turn off the threat protection but I am curious as to why it has been branded unsafe in the first place. :PepeHmm:

Hi, so, the site is currently blocked for me for some reason. I am located in the UK and my ISP is Virgin Media. To my knowledge, any child safety settings are disabled. I was wondering if anyone else who potentially uses Virgin as an ISP can back me up whether it's blocked or not for them...
