Support Site blocked by ISP? (Virgin Media UK)

Hi, so, the site is currently blocked for me for some reason. I am located in the UK and my ISP is Virgin Media. To my knowledge, any child safety settings are disabled. I was wondering if anyone else who potentially uses Virgin as an ISP can back me up whether it's blocked or not for them. Weirdly enough, it works fine on my PC, but not my phone, and the reason I assumed it was blocked is because

Virgin UK use DNS to block/filter sites change your DNS to cloudfares default 1.1.1.1 dns and you will have access to any blocked content. if you know what you are doing you can do this through your modem settings. If not you can do it per device

I thought the site had been blocked today. ISP had turned adult filters back on, so went had to go through the ID check process and that's cleared it.

So if you have access problems, make sure your ISP hasn't done the same.

Login doesn't work for me. I tried to login to my previous account and it doesn't do anything, it refreshed back to the homepage without logging me in. I reset the password and still nothing.

I had to create a new account just to post this comment but if I logout I doubt I'll be able to login again.

Chiming in that my ISP has just blocked the website. I confirmed it by accessing the website using mobile data and by using a VPN on my desktop.
