I havnt, I did ask her if she will make it right but she claims that she cant see the bundle she sent me, so she has no idea what preview it was. She knew which video I meant though, she still wanted full price for it lol. Nah she not the kinda model you can talk sense into, shes been shady for as long as she been on OF, I stopped subscribing multiple times at one point I got so angry that I leaked all of her stuff here on the forums including PPVs. But shes probably in her prime now, it would be dumb to stay away for too long!

Yeah, it's technically not a refund. It's a complaint. I would say the "refund" language is for those people who buy things and have buyers remorse and regret buying it and just want a refund. Or those who are trying to scam OF by buying and then ripping the content and then asking for a refund, basically getting it for free. They don't allow refund for the sake of refund. What you're looking for is the, misleading text, false advertising, not having the content the description says, that kind of stuff. Not sure the angle you can go for though. If anyone has a good angle he can attempt please suggest it.

What she sent me was a bunch of random as videos none of which contained said video

I thought she had made a genuine mistake but the following responses i got from her or whoever ran her account indicated it was indeed a scam

She or whoever started calling me names & I screenshot the whole convo & sent it to OF support

They agreed with me that it was totally uncalled for, Refunded me the full amount $25 for the video i never received & told me they would investigate the creator as they apparently had other subscribers who got scammed

There is a lopehole unsure how to get around. Bought a custom from a girl it was 3 weeks no answer then I reported her. She sends me a video then blocks me. Now I Said, she sends me a video not the custom I paid for just some video on page. Support deems it as I just didn't like what she sent so no refund

I've been dragged along with excuses since March 12th on a custom I paid for, girl still hasn't delivered it and just says "it'll be soon babe" when I press her for a date. Luckily I took screenshots, and if I really can't get a refund then I'll have to issue a chargeback. If onlyfans bans me for it oh well, I've already downloaded what I've wanted to and that'll be the final straw for onlyfans for me.

Just submit a support ticket with your screenshots of them continuing to delay delivery, support will then follow up with the creator and typically ask for you to give them 7 days to provide the content and ask you to follow up with them again. If they don't, they should issue your refund. At least then you'll have a date. And also once they know you have support involved and they can't fuck around, they usually will comply.

Yup, I'd had to do just that a few times on onlyfans - one time the creator left me on read for two days and once I sent a screenshot of that they refunded me right away, but yeah typically they'll give the creator 7 days (must be to account for a period, I've always wondered why 7 days but that's gotta be why, right?) and then they'll refund you if the custom isn't delivered.

I try my best to avoid doing this because I don't want to receive a custom that's filmed with resentment in the girl's mind and/or they just look bored or extra fake in the custom as a sort of revenge for having been told on.

Unethical life tip, one time I had just had it with one girl giving excuses and I didn't even want the custom anymore, so I sent the screenshots to OF support, complaining about not receiving the custom...then I blocked her so she couldn't deliver anything - that way I got my money back instead of receiving a custom I wouldn't be able to enjoy 'cause I'd be able to tell the girl's pissed off.

Update: Girl still giving me excuses and left me on read yesterday when I asked about the custom I paid for on MARCH FREAKING 12TH so I sent screenshots to onlyfans support. I was hoping they'd just refund the money right away, which they've done for me before when the girl leaves me on read, but they still gave her a week to deliver, and I'll get my money back on May 9th if she doesn't deliver anything.

But here's the thing: I don't want the video now. Because now that I've reported her, I really don't want the custom. Support said to reach out to her one more more: so I did, today, requesting a refund.

I wonder if I should just do what I did last time this happened and put her on restricted so she can't deliver anything. Would that backfire with support? Like, she contacts support and says she can't deliver a video because she can't see my profile anymore, and support steps in and says for me to unrestrict her? How freaking awkward would that be?

I've never gone the restricting/blocking them route but the 1 week and an outreach is the auto/canned response from them. I'd just wait it out, if they've delayed this long doubt they're going to suddenly get it done now.

Hopefully that's the case that she doesn't get it done - in my experience once support gets involved, the girl will film something so that she gets to keep the money, and it's usually a terribly-done custom by that point. If she really just puts this off I'd love to get that money back. It wasn't cheap.

Your best is to block her because if she sends you anything at all in supports eyes you got the content and you won't get a refund. I got sent a regular video from a girls ppv after reporting her and support said you got something sorry no refund.

If you have already initiated something with support, restricting the girl is a surefire way to not get a refund. You have to either play the waiting game and what they want done on OFs end, or the girl has to come through. Its shitty to have to be put in that position but either its worth it to you to get the refund, block her and not get anything either way, or chargeback and guarantee your account will be shut down. It would be funny and awkward if she actually tried to follow through and couldnt but OF is already slimy with some refunds, so if you do have a way to get it back, get it, only because it will cost the girl and that warns others to not pull that shit. just my two cents.

Yes, blocking completely removes access to their profile and messages. Restrict just prevents them from sending you messages

Yes there is a difference, but I cant speak on what it looks like on their end in some ways. If you restrict them from messaging, it either hides their messages so you dont see them, or they simply cant send messages. I am not sure since Ive only restricted and unsubbed from those that spam shit. If you block them, they probably cant see your profile at all, as if it doesnt exist, kind of like a dead link to a page. Its just a feature on OF so you can remain subbed to someone and restrict their abilities, but not remove them entirely for some reason. I think their logic is someones horny ass will want to buy something but doesnt want to trawl through hundreds of messages from agency b.s. Good luck tho on getting your money back. I hope you do.

If I can ever find the one girl who tweeted about chargebacks (not just refunds), ill post it. First, Ill say I dont know how OF is getting away with it currently, but thats besides the point. What happened was some did a chargeback, and OF ended up deducting the full value of the chargeback from the girl, not just the 80% they would normally be paid out. Im sure theres some bullshit behind it, but it sounded like they fuckin had it with OF for that . Nor was this a one time thing. Point is, use it wisely becaue OF will definitely ban your whole account, and you lose everything. Not to mention its nearly impossible to make a new one unless youre careful in the first place.
