I havnt, I did ask her if she will make it right but she claims that she cant see the bundle she sent me, so she has no idea what preview it was. She knew which video I meant though, she still wanted full price for it lol. Nah she not the kinda model you can talk sense into, shes been shady for as long as she been on OF, I stopped subscribing multiple times at one point I got so angry that I leaked all of her stuff here on the forums including PPVs. But shes probably in her prime now, it would be dumb to stay away for too long!

Yeah, it's technically not a refund. It's a complaint. I would say the "refund" language is for those people who buy things and have buyers remorse and regret buying it and just want a refund. Or those who are trying to scam OF by buying and then ripping the content and then asking for a refund, basically getting it for free. They don't allow refund for the sake of refund. What you're looking for is the, misleading text, false advertising, not having the content the description says, that kind of stuff. Not sure the angle you can go for though. If anyone has a good angle he can attempt please suggest it.

Yeah like you said, The "Refund" policy is just for those who have buyers remorse &/or trying to scam

A pornstar tried to scam me when i tipped on a pinned campaign post for a BG Blowjob Facial video

What she sent me was a bunch of random as videos none of which contained said video

I thought she had made a genuine mistake but the following responses i got from her or whoever ran her account indicated it was indeed a scam

She or whoever started calling me names & I screenshot the whole convo & sent it to OF support

They agreed with me that it was totally uncalled for, Refunded me the full amount $25 for the video i never received & told me they would investigate the creator as they apparently had other subscribers who got scammed

There is a lopehole unsure how to get around. Bought a custom from a girl it was 3 weeks no answer then I reported her. She sends me a video then blocks me. Now I Said, she sends me a video not the custom I paid for just some video on page. Support deems it as I just didn't like what she sent so no refund

I've been dragged along with excuses since March 12th on a custom I paid for, girl still hasn't delivered it and just says "it'll be soon babe" when I press her for a date. Luckily I took screenshots, and if I really can't get a refund then I'll have to issue a chargeback. If onlyfans bans me for it oh well, I've already downloaded what I've wanted to and that'll be the final straw for onlyfans for me.

Just submit a support ticket with your screenshots of them continuing to delay delivery, support will then follow up with the creator and typically ask for you to give them 7 days to provide the content and ask you to follow up with them again. If they don't, they should issue your refund. At least then you'll have a date. And also once they know you have support involved and they can't fuck around, they usually will comply.

Yup, I'd had to do just that a few times on onlyfans - one time the creator left me on read for two days and once I sent a screenshot of that they refunded me right away, but yeah typically they'll give the creator 7 days (must be to account for a period, I've always wondered why 7 days but that's gotta be why, right?) and then they'll refund you if the custom isn't delivered.

I try my best to avoid doing this because I don't want to receive a custom that's filmed with resentment in the girl's mind and/or they just look bored or extra fake in the custom as a sort of revenge for having been told on.

Unethical life tip, one time I had just had it with one girl giving excuses and I didn't even want the custom anymore, so I sent the screenshots to OF support, complaining about not receiving the custom...then I blocked her so she couldn't deliver anything - that way I got my money back instead of receiving a custom I wouldn't be able to enjoy 'cause I'd be able to tell the girl's pissed off.
