The video and audio is downloaded separately, both files are then decrypted and then merged together using ffmpeg. In your case its failed to merge them using ffmpeg. Using the latest version 1.6.1 should fix this as Deadbeatdandylyon says as I did change some of the commands to fix some errors.

I'm not that tech savvy to answer that first part, i only know I used to use onlyfans-dl script and i had to start over as well, but the good thing with Sim's script is that it downloads all the new content first. so give it like 5 minutes let it download all the new content from the creator you last downloaded from and you will have the latest stuff, or yes basically start over fresh.
Hmmm ok, I have like 500+ subs so I don't want to have to download all stuff again, and I'm assuming I'd have to go from sub to sub waiting 5 mins each time to be up to date, or is there another way?
The folder structure used is __user_data__/sites/Onlyfans/ModelName so if you've used DC's script before and haven't messed with the folder structure then you should be able to run the script and it should just download the new content anyway and detect all the other stuff downloaded already. That's depending on if you've renamed files and the file structure is the same though.

.It downloads the posts on the users main feed that have a price and that have been unlocked by you. You cannot download stuff you haven't paid for.
I've had this a few times myself, I would recommend double checking your user-agent value. If your browser has recently been updated then you will need to change the user-agent value.
