Sure why not, just like a nice butt, or nice legs, I appreciate how they are unique to every woman. Proportions, even skin tone, shape/curviness, toe shape/length, and how nice they look to touch. Like any body part they can either look feminine or masculine, beautiful or ugly. I'm curious to know why you would find a woman with nice legs sexy but you draw a line past the ankle? It's just another body part. You don't appreciate nice calves? Thick thighs? wide hips? etc? Why do you suppose that women like to do so much stuff that draws attention to their feet? toe rings and anklets? legwarmers? flip flops and clear or strappy heels? Get their toenails done and post it? Spend all kinds of money on making sure their feet look good and then wear shoes that display their feet instead of hide them? Why is "sexy footwear" for women a phrase? Stripper heels? etc. You would think if women DID NOT want men to appreciate their feet they'd wear sneakers and boots yet most of them do the opposite even if it's cold outside.
So again, you're curious why a man would like part of the female body? It's programmed into all of us to appreciate good genetics and health.
