Question How to Download Recurbate Videos

you can watch 20 seconds of video without an account and 1 full video with a free account every day.
 
Proton is now requiring a new unique email every time you want to make a new account with them now. Anyone have any other email solutions?

You dont't seem to understand what I said:

- you go to your fav search engine and type in "temp email"
- choose one or two and open the site
- copy the provided temporary address that is displayed and keep that tab OPEN.
- use that temp address you just copied in your clipboard to create an proton account
- verify your proton account with help of that temp email in the tab you got it from (temp mailbox)
- done (no phone number needed)

also I just tried creating a proton mail and I did not have to provide neither an email address nor a phone number, all I had to do was solve a CAPTCHA and that's all.

Weird, I just tried again today and you're right it was just a captcha. Last couple of days it was requiring an email for verification. Thanks for the temp email thing, I'll keep that in mind.
 
I tried to create several accounts and download videos, it turned out to be done with two videos, but then the site won't log me in, has anyone had this?

Thanks but when pasting the credentials in account manager, I get a download error for max downloads limit reached, so I connect to a vpn, clear cookies, refresh page, sign in again and export cookies, but then I get cloudfare error in the account manager.

You don't need to clear the cookies in your browser and log back in. You only need to log in once solve the cloudflare captcha, then copy the cookies and paste them into your jDwonloader pw-field. When changing ip with vpn and you are not logged out, you can use the same cookies as with the ip before. The only thing you can do after ip change with vpn or router reconnect, is to go into account manager in jdownloader, right click on your recurbate account and click refresh.

Also I only try to download 1 video at once by right clicking "force download start" max. chunks per download 1.

For those too lazy to Google, or don't know any disposable mail providers:


You will either be assigned a random e-mail address (copy paste when setting up your Proton account),
or you can choose one in the case of Yopmail. Just type a mail address pre-fix (no @ needed) and click the arrow.

Make sure to use a VPN, separate browser in private mode or the TOR browser, and private DNS when doing this to minimize the chances of anyone finding out it is you.

this works , just get the m3u8 and be signed into recu.me and change the user_agent to yours

use the same ip in cmd or term as browser

you get one video per day per ip so if you want more use tor browser to watch or vpn

Doesnt work for me even with yt-dlp I get a https 404 error. Where I can get the m3u8 link?
 
Whoever has been successful with downloading from recu after they changed to .ts, what's the max download speed you're getting?
I get around 1mbps download with my network being around 150mbps.

No it was all working fine until today and I noticed even in that hls streaming page when open the dev ops it's start freezing and in the network tab the .ts files there statuses go from pending to 404 almost instantaniously and then when i close the dev

You can download several videos simultaneously with baconator696's script from post #551 and theoretically max out your bandwidth...
