i heard that boobs prosthethics have made incredible advances and are getting closer and closer to being undistinguishable from regular boobs. i believe this was mostly about shape and the aftermath/scars of the surgery, dunno about the bouncyness.

however, there are some girls that despite having enhanced boobs, still have the bouncyness to them: Jessica Nigri and Octokuro in particular have good bouncy tits.
