Not only that, in her presentation video she has somewhere along the lines of "mischievious gremlin" so yes, they are absolutely capitalizing on the "kusogaki" vibe, given it's one of the core aspects of their biggest vtuber in their company (Gura), and it sure has worked on JP as well (Shion, Laplus) as well as also showing in other branches (Kobo), and also being very prominent in current EN as well (Biboo). Plus the fact, at least from the videos themselves, that Elizabeth sort of looks like a big sister figure for her, or at least both in their brief dynamic shown in her presentation video, as well as the animated PV. The annoying brat/gremlin energy is there for sure, and I'm all for it.
Update: Raora's illustration is apparently authoral - NOT promo art. The JP bros are comparing it to yunii's art, and the consensus is they're about as sure as they can that it's her
So we got one, most likely, for sure pinned down in Raora/yuniiho, while Cecilia/Soyapoya (based on what Rj1121 said) given their violin and classic music-themed focus, while now missing who the other two in both Elizabeth and Gigi were before their current holo personas.

Once again, I have no dog in this fight, but there was a Biritsh indie vtuber called who graduated at roughly the same time Soya and Yunii did (the end of February). If one of the remaining two is English and likes Apex and racing sims she's probably a good shout lol.
