Luv me basedbean. I don't watch corpo vtubers and have absolutely no interest in this new generation hullabaloo, but I did watch Soya when she was an indie and she was awesome. You Holo fans are in for a good time if it's true that she joined.
It's probably due to the fact that all the girls have reported getting hateful marshmallows, or perhaps Marshmallow itself has become aware that the girls are encouraging NSFW messages including cum tributes and providing NSFW responses, which goes against the website's terms of use.
It'd be pretty silly to prohibit all the girls from responding to marshmallows because Icey feels betrayed by one of her fans who only pretended to like her.
I wouldn't be surprised honestly. One of the marshmallows that Icey got that made her lose it was one of her fans saying he's doesn't want to be a snowberry anymore because she's too much to handle.
