I truly don't understand how OF isn't complicit in allowing creators to commit fraud. You can have DMs documenting a contractual agreement with a model for custom content, but the second they screw you over, OF says it was a tip and not an agreement to exchange money for goods/service. I can't believe that would stand in court.

I've been fortunate that OF have refunded me whenever a OF girl has tried screwing me over with content i paid for

Last time was about 9 months ago with pornstar Bailey Brooke when I paid for a BG Blowjob facial video & she sent me a bunch of random ass videos that had no video i paid for

When i called her out on it, Her response was more a less you get what you paid for you cheap fuck

I DIDN'T say anything back to her other than just i will report her to OF with the screenshot of the correspondence so I was completely in the right

Sent it to OF support, They recognised her scam & completely refunded me for the video which was $20 i believe

I'm not saying OF will refund EVEN if you have receipts, But maybe I've just been fortunate that OF has 9/10 refund when i sent them receipts

I tried this the worst time I was ripped off, and I still have the receipts (Naomi Swann). OF support told me it didn't matter since I tipped the amount and didn't buy as a PPV link. In my DMs with her, it clearly says I'd be tipping in exchange for a custom, which she acknowledged. I gave up trying to get the money back awhile ago, but it's still scammy AF that they allow shit like this to occur.

Doubt it, I only ever tip for campaigns here & there for exclusive content which usually is only like $10 at most every few months

90% of my subs are free trials & the other 10% is paid which combined are mostly from pages that post all their content from very little to NO PPV

I think maybe it's because I'm always honest with correspondences & ALWAYS keep receipts to back up my claims which helps alot because anyone can say they got scammed when they don't actually have any real evidence

OF should have implemented a ratings/reviews system but I've noticed certain pornstars like Riley Reid, Angela White have fanscout reviews link in their bio so subs can leave reviews

I've already left reviews for really good reviews for both Angela White & Riley Reid & they both rewarded me with content because they genuinely loved my reviews

Two of the people posting recently here have an account that's a week old or less. Could be sock puppets. But on the off chance they aren't, it doesn't hurt to ask nicely.

On the off chance Ashton is reading this, maybe she'll realize that scamming people isn't the best way to make money, especially if she'd be forced to refund users. If she stopped scamming, and posted some good previews of things that regularly happen, so people know they're not throwing their money away, she'd get more subscribers. Right now, she retained the legal services of Vanessa McGill to get US sites to remove her content. She probably doesn't realize that all the big earners on OnlyFans have their content all over the place, as it attracts new customers. She'd probably be making a lot more money if people knew they'd regularly be getting quality content from her, and had a reason to subscribe and remain subscribed.
