Agencies don’t take 70%, they range from 20-30% from what I’ve seen unless it’s one of those Eastern European things similar to cam studios.

My technique for dealing with these agencies if I actually want to buy something, and they force you to go through the cringe conversation before sending it to you, is to play a character myself. Give them all false info when they interview you about about your name and everything, and speak in broken english to match the way they write, etc. I got a good laugh recently when one was sending me stuff for way more than was reasonable and I decided to bail, they were like "don't cum yet babe open my message first" and I was like "I'm gonna cum hurry and send the next clip before it's too late!!" and pretended like I was desperately trying not to nut while negotiating with them at the same time. Eventually I gave up and was like "OH GOD I CAN'T HOLD IT I'M CUMMING" 
and they gave me this huge guilt trip like "you made me so sad, now you owe it to me to unlock that $70 ppv because I didn't even get to cum, you're so awful" etc. So stupid. I keep randomly remembering it and laughing to myself.

Nah man I'm not paying a dime in advance, send it as a PPV when it's finished. Unless it's someone I trust from having dealt with them in the past, but if we're talking about them in this thread then they probably don't qualify. I guess maybe a "deposit" of a few bucks to start the process to weed out the time wasters would be justified at most.
Given the price of customs these days it will be tough with a pure PPV given the $200 limit.
Free pages just attract mostly people that don't want to spend anything. So expecting a "model" to chat for free on a free page is nonsense

Some free pages do have a strict $5 minimum tip to chat but as someone else said if you add funds to your wallet sometimes you can tip $1.
Interestingly if you unsub and resub sometimes the tip to chat option vanishes.
It happened with me and freetrukait. When I originally subbed tipping was required but I never bothered. Randomly decided to unsub and resub later and now I could send messages back without having to tip
Some pages if they auto follow you immediately after you subscribe will allow you to chat for free (though usually it's so they can still spam you DMs even if you unsub later, this is where restriction comes in handy)

re them subbing to u after u unsub sometimes if u dm just to ask for content they'll realize u're not subbed and restrict you lol
Yep that does happen but depending on the creator you might still be able to chat and buy things but from their POV would want you to resub and pay a monthly subscription
I know what you said - and I explained why tip to message is turned on. Because the majority of people that sign up to a free page will never spend any money, so what's the point of answering messages for free?
Does anyone know how the online status indicator actually works for content creators? I mean, if they have the site open in another tab will it still show them as online, or if the browser is minimised will it still show them as being on as they're logged in, just not necessarily using the site?
Sometimes it seems a bit screwy, you can look at someone's status and it'll say something like "last seen 25 minutes ago", then refresh and they're instantly back online. I do wonder if this constantly online thing cant be explained by some of the above. Good question i dont know, but in my expirience it was on only when they were actually on.
You kind of covered it, but OF is laggy and buggy with it. Basically if they are logged in and they dont have any specific settings changed, then the online status shows they are online and when they log out, it will show as offline or last seen "x" minutes ago. Agencies will mess with it more just to make it seem like they are on and off but mostly online and so that the "last seen" part is always recent. One girl i follow leaves hers on constantly but she may not be on or is doing something else, and only when she signs out does it actually show as last seen so many minutes/hours ago. Also depending on who you follow and how active they are, when its more than a day that they havent signed in, it will show the date only. And if they reach like a 3 month window, you cant sub to them (I dont think) if its a paid page, and shows the last seen date if they dont have their status hidden.
Ya it must keep them online as long as they have it open in a tab. I used to sub to Kristina Ewing and her status was online literally 24/7. This was like 2 years ago before almost everyone had agencies running shit. At first I was confused because I would send a dm and wouldn’t get a response for hours, sometimes more than a day, but her status was online the entire time.
I assumed it was a strategy to get as much interaction as possible because everyone thinks you’re online all the time instead of some people logging in, seeing you’re offline, then deciding they’ll check back later. But just like scammy misleading bundle descriptions, it doesn’t take too many times to figure out what’s going on.
I was annoyed at first, especially when a model I subbed to for a long time went from a pretty accurate and reliable online/offline status (would actually be offline during the night and when on trips) to appearing online all the time even when she wasn’t active. But just like all the shit with OF these days, I adjusted expectations and cut loose when it got too frustrating.

I'm saying it's fucked up if the model has tipped messages turned on and fans are tipping $5 to msg their favorite influencer, then the influencer should be the one replying for $5. Not some bot. Unless you're saying $5 isn't enough, and an agency would suffice

Katrina THICC runs her page all by herself & only charges $9/m posting all content (NO PPV)
She's super popular & she just recently posted on her OF that she's soon gonna charge to tip (Unless of course you tip which goes right to the top) while maintaining NO PPV
She said because she gets absolutely inaudated with messages, It takes her a little while to respond & she wants to respond as quickly as she can
Completely understandable & i appreciate she will still maintain NO PPV where as others would start charging for content
I remember one Of girl I was subbed to ages ago, She did post regularly & then all of the sudden started posting way less (Once a fortnight)
I unsubbed for a few months but apparently she must of subbed to me since I would get random messages like "Hey baby, I'll be posting more soon" then one day I decided to message her & ask when she's gonna be posting more frequently again & she was like "Soon, But I noticed you aren't subbed so I'm gonna mute you till you resub"
