Manyvids never took off cause it's only for actual sex workers and has a heavy fetish tilt. It doesn't have all the social media people and D-list celebrities that Onlyfans attracts. Not sure I like your reasoning. At the end of the day, they are selling mid-slightly spicier IG pics. They can just make their page free and do PPV walls and state on their page they don't answer to dm's. But that wont make them money. The issue is them deceiving their fanbase and charging $ people to chat with their favorite influencer (when its not them) or being misleading in description of PPV. The system is set up where they can make a decent living and run their own page/content, but they are greedy and will try to maximize their profit using unethical practices.

it's a wash, OF lets profiles have subscription tiers but again the actual browsing experience is worse especially if its a profile with a ton of posts. i have accidentally clicked on posts while trying to hit like so many times and it screws everything up if i try to go back.
