i thought they all had that disclaimer...tbf alot of things they claim or do will not hold up in court if a case is brought against them. the IP rights is one thing but another one thing about that nut who called out amber moore for her use of an agent is freya parker claimed that it's not fraud for them to use a proxy to talk to the fans via the dms. if a suit is brought to court and it's absolutely proven they've been using proxies to chat despite the claim on their walls that o you get to talk to them and they love talking to their fans they will be found guilty of fraud etc.

i didn't notice about angela. i'll have to go and look at hers and nikki benz. i wonder if angela doesn't because she's got a legal advisor who told her it holds no water hmmm...not even question. these cunts don't seem to realize whatever they put out on their page promises wise constitutes a legal contract and tbf alot of them are in constant violation of their contract with us especially whenever they unilaterally decide to change the terms.
i'm on both fences about this. discussions prior to custom are important. some models offer customs but it's available for resale, and they should point this out. the same model can offer custom but premium pricing to keep it exclusive. which i dont mind paying.
any of them that claimed to you that your custom will be exclusive to you and they won't resell it down the line but goes ahead and resells it can be sued for breach of contract tbf. they're just counting on the fact you won't because the costs outweigh the returns.

the ones who do are talking out of their asses. the bit about the ones who say ur custom is exclusive to you but u can't have a copy are just plain dumb because they seem to think your video is stuck on onlyfans. the ones who charge more to keep yours exclusive to you tend to up the price by 1-200 or even more. it's not worth paying them that amt based on the exorbitant rate they charge for customs that 99% of them either half ass or take ages to shoot and edit or both
o u haven't even seen the best ones: some of them demand that you tip them if you want to discuss the details of your custom further. i've even had a couple of them ask me for tips just for complimenting them on a job well done on a newly released studio scene.
it's not even breach of contract. the scenario you're talking about is outright FRAUD.

I realize that once models reach a large number of subs... it's less likely they have the time and energy to answer their dms anymore.... it is a shame though as she is a long time favorite... oh well.
