Its worth a shot because the basis is you are subbed to watch, unable to download from a technicality. although creators can close out their accounts, content is still supposed to be there when it is purchased. there are a few criteria that needs to be met though. it has to be purchased through a PPV and not just tipped for. I did have to go back and verify this as I overlooked it originally. Nor did i noticed that the refund issued wasnt for tipped content on a post or two from the same creator. You do not need to be subbed to them, but it helps if the account is still active, although this is not entirely necessary because it proves that the content was removed from OFs side. If you do find content that is unavailable, its worth asking OF why that content is no longer available first. When they say it was removed for no longer aligning with OFs TOS (or something like that--their wording may vary), then submit a request for a refund.

I have seen that brought up before. Onlyfans considers their part of the contract fulfilled if you are able to view the content ONE time. That the ability to always view your purchases in a tab is simply a service of convenience by Onlyfans but not something they are legally responsible for. You pay for it. You immediately view it. Then Onlyfans considers that part of their agreement fulfilled. If you can never view that content again, OF is not responsible. That is why most people use browser extensions to be able to download the pics and videos.
holy shit, they must have changed something up here. that is the first time ive ever seen them refer to that section. note that my last set of refunds were issued in May and June of this year. those included the going back through old content. i doubt im just that lucky because they did have another change and update to their TOS sometime after the fact and from what i have seen or read, people were requesting refunds like mad. on the same side of it, i encourage trying for any reasonable refunds anyway, especially if you buy something and it gets removed by OF even if the creator is the one responsible for it. that was my main reason for starting the refund process because OF removed the content, nor did i even get to watch it at the time, but they wouldnt necessarily know that. i just happened to notice it wasnt there and was a blank purchase page, so i said wtf and OF was the one to issue a refund after it, and i just ran with it at the time. damn im sorry to hear that man. they are being shitty about it though because thats a canned response and while they can enforce it however they see fit, if you have something via PPV, that should be there.

its best to use multiple hosts so the file has the best chance of being accessed. saint2 is good for smaller files, but i think the cap is like 250MB, but i havent used it so I cant say. gofile.io is good for any file fize, but it wont last long and has a high chance of being DMCAd or deleted after 10 days of no activity. bunkr is best because files tend to be able to stick around nearly indefinitely, but i believe it has a 2GB file size restriction now. cyberfile can be good but is down or limits downloads frequently. pixeldrain has been going through changes lately and will no longer host nsfw content and can get DMCAd and also ban you from uploading if enough complaints are filed against your account. I tend to upload to gofile, bunkr, cyberfile and pixeldrain and post all four links so the end user has a choice. i did see some newer hosts being used but i cant comment anything about them. there might be a link here somewhere on this site showing the different sites and ranks them in terms of tiers.
You can use Bunkr for files up do 2GB and Pixeldrain for bigger ones.
Chatters typically will help with multiple accounts and each account could have hundreds of videos in the vault that have accumulated over the years and the chatter hasn't looked at any of them. They often don't even watch the vids they themselves schedule to send out for PPVs so even if it is a recent vid they may not be familiar with it. One downside to this is that if the agency is in charge of setting the prices for content and the model doesn't do a good job describing what's in the content then the price of the PPVs may be somewhat random as to what's in it, and it really becomes a lottery as to whether you're going to get a "win" or not.
This is why you should have 2 accounts. You pay to be VIP on one then you can see which messages are different.
