Yeah, I don't have a lot of experience with "agency run accounts" which is why I figured I'd see. I wanted to mention it to warn others so they didn't end up having similar experiences with her.
Anyways I ended up going into her live and politely confronting her about it and she told me to private message her in the live. She said she was "busy all day" and "would fix it". She sent me 2 more clips that are under 1 min each and resent the same longer video. I told her she sent me the same video twice and she has been ignoring my messages even though they are marked as read and wont respond to the fact that she said she was going to sext me or that she sent me the same video twice even though she acknowledged it in the live. She also kicked me from the live.
