yeah it was alright, i'm mostly shocked how Kazuha and Eunchae sounded live. it was most definitely nerves being on an international stage like that, but it was still kind of disappointing. the other members did as best as they could, Chaewon and Sakura being surprisingly stable with Yunjin's mic sounding the best.
looking forward to week 2, hopefully they feel more comfortable.
There are two things I tell myself with those two specifically. Eunchae is still really young and she will grow into her voice and Kazuha only had 6 months to become an idol. I will never blame the idol since kpop is manufactured. On the other hand, HYBE needs to stop rushing these groups out and develop their talent. Groups like BlackPink weren’t rushed out, SNSD, Twice… like I get times have changed and there is a bottom dollar to everything you do, but come on… ya knows? Slow it down lol
These days Kpop stars are more like Idols and super models than singers and performers. It's all about the image first, the music comes second.
I wish more people would put respect on CLs (& 2ne1) name for her level of talent compared to idols nowadays.
There will never be another 2NE1 and I will never forgive YG for treating them like that.
