I think it's become pretty common for most of these girls to ignore most DMs (they often get hundreds) unless you're messaging with a tip or are VIP.

If I had to guess, she and whoever else that's running the account have a list of people they respond to. The SVIP's, maybe one or two VIP's that whoever is answering the messages likes to talk to, and Wendy's "day ones" (maybe). Everyone else gets automated messages selling access to the VIP and SVIP area, regardless of the tip given.
