The main difference here between porn and a (married) couple is the intimacy and knowing these people actually love each other. Spot on comment! One thing that completely gives away what you said is that these girls do upload 1080p or even 4K content on their YouTube channels. I think a perfect example of this is Lauren Alexis. You put way too much thought into this. If it comes from OnlyFans, there's a 720p version. Occam's razor says that they don't put that much work into this aka meaning they don't really care about creating videos in 4K.
