But not every kid who has/had a 10/10 mom - a MILF, let's face it - and made bank on being a 10/MILF was because of the mom being a sex worker.
There are quite a few legitimate professions where a woman who is also a mother can get away with being in various states of undress - proper mainstream modeling, being an actress and having done nude/sex scenes, etc. - where other kids would envy that celebrity's kid in question because their mom is/was hot. For example, you've got Nicole Kidman and Kate Winslet, two of the nude-est actresses in movies who got married and started families. Even nuttier - Nicole Kidman was married to Tom Cruise and they acted together in the nude as well - Eyes Wide Shut; they also had kids together.
When it comes to being nude for a mainstream pictorial or a movie, the idea that men are going to jerk off to your pictures/movies is just a side effect of those professions. However, self-respecting women would not deliberately be photographed or filmed showing off their naked bodies and possibly simulating (in most cases anyway) sex if the given aim was providing coomer content - they would claim they're doing it for art and that claim would be believeable most of the time. And since mainstream modeling/acting isn't sex work, there's less teeth for bullies to use that against a model/actress's kid. Not to say they wouldn't try but it'd be less effective compared to other reasons to bully someone.
By contrast, there's a lot more public stigma around sex work and it hits a lot harder for a bully to make fun of Lisa/Jay's kid for having a mom who made content for coomers and simps. 99% of her asshole and 50% of her nipple are on the Internet for people either to fap to or use as leverage against Lisa if they wanted to for any reason. Her talking dirty to strangers on the Internet is also fodder for bullies. Her admitting she was turned on by what strangers on her livestreams were telling her is ammo. Her grinding a Squirtle stuffed toy is material. The list goes on and there's a bevy of filmed sexual activities that Lisa has engaged in, which most average people wouldn't want on the Internet over fears that it would violate their privacy or be used against them negatively.
Society has largely continued to view sexual activity as stuff that should remain private/in the bedroom - to get into a profession that takes it out of the bedroom and puts it on the Internet breaks that taboo and has the impact of changing the perception one might have of that person if they know them IRL. If we lived in a largely sex-positive society or at least were able to discuss sexuality openly enough without making people uncomfortable (as in, with it being regular dinner table talk or stuff you'd hear other people chatting about in public without those individuals getting embarrassed), Lisa/Jay/their unborn might fare better. But also since 'sex worker' isn't a profession that you can equate to being as respectable as being a doctor or an accountant, it remains sensitive enough for bullies use it to their advantage.
Another thing to keep in mind is decades ago, the Internet didn't exist (or at least if we're talking in the 90s, it wasn't the Internet of today) and it was a lot easier for adults with questionable pasts/professions to make that stuff disappear or ensure it stayed on the QT given how disconnected and offline things were back then. Information travels a lot faster these days and I do think that Lisa/Jay's unborn isn't going to have it easier once they're in school. Perhaps the kid should be home-schooled for their own good.
TL;DR - a bully can go up to Lisa's kid or DM them and say "Your mom's (was) a whore/slut/thot" and it would DEFINITELY be true even if it's in the past tense. I also doubt her worst tendencies would dry up just because she's about to become a mom, so let's wait and see what her online presence is like in the future (if it's anything like how she was in her twenties).
