It wasn't an reduction. She talked about it on Plug Talk and another podcast. She said she lost a lot of weight and they were saggy & uncomfortable so she got a lift without implants. Not taking care of herself after the lift (she said she'd forget to wear the bra/ medicine ) caused the scars to be more noticeable.
My wife has huge natural boobs and wanted a lift for awhile but I just think its too scary to go that route. You never know how your body will react to scars.
