Though I honestly think stress could be a more likely factor than drugs. Then she finally jumped in to sucking dick and while she was getting popular again, people still didn't enjoy her content as much as they did when she was thicker, she incorrectly assumed it was her boobs that were the problem and went under the knife. And now she's just trying anything that she hopes will bring back the former glory days.
