Had the same issue, play the video then Adjust the video quality to its highest, then go into full screen then download it from there. Tap on the screen to bring up the options, on the bottom left you’d see a ⬇️, tap on it then it should initiate the download
I have a feeling you do not make use of the manual method for bypassing DRM. (Instead relying on project cdrm)
It most likely has DRM, there's no mobile method to download DRM vids, see here for more info:

I did use the Android Studio to make keys and placed them in the correct folders so the scripts can use them and bypass drm. but what is the manual method you mentioned?
Try using the browser extension, should get you everything you need for auth.json
That got it! Info looked much different for the cookie but its working!
I ended up resubbing to the creator since she ran a sale. I ran the script again for her profile and some others. I realized the script only pulled a very small handful of pics and vids, not nearly the full page. So I thought maybe my keys were outdated but when I checked the other profiles that ran, it was able to get their DRM content... So now I'm extra confused 😅
Might be duplicate media used in multiple posts with the same Media ID or from previous scrapes you've tried it thinks you've downloaded that content. You can try deleting the metadata folder for that user and running it again and see if that makes a difference.
Gave this a shot but it's still only scraping 7 posts (there's a lot more on her wall), and no messages and the vid I'm trying to get was unlocked in messages
