The surgery she went through actually required them to remove her breast tissue. Her original breasts have been gone for a while, she had to get a cast done before the surgery to keep the shape and look of them which is what we see now. Her current breasts are fake in the sense that she has implants following the surgery, but they are as close to her real breasts as possible.
