According to her, there's no overlap between Onlyfans and Patreon (Fansly doesn't even factor for her, which might indicate a lot of things).

patreon is big bucks, and OF is fast bucks, i had a conversation with another cosplayer about this(in chinese lmao) she describes the same thing, of wants lingerie selfie quality pics, and patreon is way more demanding, if you can't see till the last pore in her skin, they get mad
but in the other side, they are loyal patreons and a real community,(she managed to retain patreons over $60 and up to $200* for years without ever showing a nipple) meanwhile in OF some people may appear, spend a $100 in a couple ppv or dm's and never show up again or just lurk int the free content
this happened to a lot of this classic patreon sexy cosplayers who came way before OF era
