Not customs from what I can tell, but she claims that she has saucier content available to her most "loyal" and "trusted" fans because she doesn't want them to leak. Fair enough concern, I suppose, but there is absolutely no short-term incentives to hang around and find out. She is wanted you to pay money to hang around and prove yourself with fuck all by way of decent content in the meantime. And even then, who knows what you have to do to be considered part of the clique (or how much that will cost you to get there)? It's no better than a lottery, and I would argue the odds are about the same.

Sounds like a really clever way to retain people for a longer period of time, as I very much doubt that she would ever show more even to those people. In the end (unfortunately) she doesn't need it with all the money she earns.

I seriously do not get the appeal of an agency-run only-fans ... I mean, the appeal behind onlyfans is the "direct" connection and channel to communicate with the person behind the account, right? As soon as you are positive that there's an agency as a middleman, it basically becomes yet another porn site with extra steps and all in all for more money (assuming you'd sub to multiple of the performers from a particular porn site...)
I know for a fact, that there are industry performers (i.e. still actively shooting "main stream" porn for studios), who run their onlyfans on their own, and any DM answer they send comes from them personally. Sure, that means you can't chat with them round the clock, and answers for europeans come in the evenings, when it's morning on the west coast, but they manage to do that, without hiring it out to companies, so it IS possible to do. (in multiple cases, verfied it via cam sessions close to the OF chats, and the performers knew what we had chatted about...)
On the flip side, I know that there's agencies, who have literally chatted with members/fans while the performer was in some way incapacitated or on a live stream, and that basically killed the OF/subscriber numbers...

Any statement like that, that doesn't come with a number of $ (for membership in some "VIP Group" or number of months smaller than 6 of being subscribed, I'd argue it to be just a scam, but I definitly know for a fact, that there's models (less well known ones than Mikayla), that have had success with this approach of preventing leaks. Either make the amount of people who have particular content small enough to quickly find out who leaked it, or make it expensive enough to essentially do the same, while also making the content "more precious" for the members, as such appealing to their ego to NOT leak it, cause it's their "exclusive" content ... I do know from first hand experience, that both of those paths do work, with varying success, but mostly they work.
I agree and have had similar experiences with other content providers who did offer up the goods for the right price/commitment, but Mikaylah is not offering any kind of VIP sub or putting a figure on the saucier content. She (or her team) is just saying "stick around and pay me money while I give you very little for it, and maybe I'll trust you somewhere down the line".
I'm just here to realign everyone's expectations for her with reality.

Mikaylah offered VIP on her onlyfans timeline not long after she started. You got VIP access for a $100 tip, and I remember her getting over $4000 worth of tips on the post. She even said the $100 guaranteed permanent VIP membership....obviously she ended up removing the post, but I wonder if the people who tipped are still receiving VIP perks or did she just rip them off, lol

Yeah, but I don't think onlyfans cares that much. If you accidentally pay for something twice, they'll refund pretty quickly, but if you're not happy with what you paid for, they'll just tell you to contact the seller and discuss it with them which is just a waste of time.
