She didn't ban them, she got one of them unbanned after they initiated a chargeback with their bank, which is a huge no-no for these kinds of businesses. MFC's ToS states outright that if you initiate a chargeback they'll automatically lock and ban your account until you pay them. For the "protection of the models" of course

All anyone needs to do if they want a chance to get their promised refund is to send a request to Fansly's customer service email explaining the situation.
