I think she probably started working out cause something probably happen to her taking Ozempic last fall and the doctor told her to stop taking it something bad could happen. So she figured just do it the old fashion way and workout.

It's a thing where people who take it basically have to work out to keep the muscle that the drug is taking by how it reduces hunger cravings and slows down the digestive tract in effect.
