This is what discussion threads are there for. If users want non content related updates about a creator they can watch the discussion thread. This suggestion will annoy some people for getting a notification without content, but it has benefits, so hear me out. Allow a single post on content threads to announce when a creator is running a sale. Maybe have it include the price and expiration date, and possibly with a strict stipulation that it must be deleted when the sale is over.
It would help the forum because the heroes would sub and get more content for the community. It also would potentially bump some lesser-known or forgotten creators, many with little to no content, and introduce community members to creators they may have never heard of before that they would enjoy. It would also help the creators themselves with the added subs, serving as an advertisement.
I came up with this because I have a long list of past subs on OF and I get a notification every time any of them run a sale. I looked many of them up to find graveyard threads, or sometimes no thread at all, and I think this could change that. I know you guys are also worried about clutter, and no doubt this would add to that with people not deleting the sales, but I think the pros outweigh the cons on this one.
We're already doing that, but not every model has a discussion thread yet and due to the server transfer all sticky posts were unsticked and are somewhere in the thread now. If you see a link to a discussion thread in a content thread or create a discussion thread and post the link in a content thread please report that post and ask for it to get pinned to the top. This site should have a link at the top of each thread for the discussion thread, in those threads that allow only media-related posts. From what I've seen, the rules don't seem consistent. Often i see discussion-oriented comments posted in a media-related thread that aren't deleted. I'm thinking in particular of the Hotwife/QoS thread, which is one of the threads I visit most frequently. For each of the performers, IMO there should be a sticky at the top of each performer's thread linking to the discussion thread for that particular performer. There may already be some, but not for all.
IMO, if you want users to engage with the site rather than just hit and run, you might want to consider doing this.

That would require being able to tell when the posters are intentionally posting fakes, which is probably impossible. Most of the time it's someone being an idiot, taking things at face value and not taking 10 seconds to apply some critical thinking skills. Just report the fakes and they'll get removed. This may be very hard to implement but sometimes it would be obvious, can we warn/ban people for posting fakes to OnlyFans threads? There are some clear ones where we know the model doesn't show nipples for example yet we see alleged OF posts where nips have been photoshopped. Also people post videos claiming to be of the model where they are clearly not her. Lauren Alexis' and Kate Sharp's thread suffers with this.
Appreciate it may be tough for mods to implement but if a few clear examples are made maybe it will stop it
While I understand your stance and appreciate the concern for the user, I think there should be concern for the creator as well. I think that potentially thousands of people seeing a sale is a good reason to allow it for the same reason I think people should turn ad-blockers off on websites they enjoy. We're getting free shit, and the advertisement generates revenue for the owners and operators of the free shit we enjoy, giving them more incentive and resources to create more of what we enjoy. I'll fathom a guess that less than 10% of people who watch a content thread also watch the respective discussion thread, which neuters the effectiveness. The annoyance of an occasional notification because a sale is posted is an insignificant price to pay for access to the content. This is what discussion threads are there for. If users want non content related updates about a creator they can watch the discussion thread.
Anyway, there already is a way within the rules to notify people watching a content thread about a sale by a content creator: buy/find the content yourself, share it and mention the sale while you're at it. Anything else goes elsewhere.
As far as I am concerned if potentially 1000s of people are going to receive a notification that a content thread has been updated, it should be for something worthwhile. Commentary, re-up requests and previews of content that will be shared in full within a few hours are just a waste of user's time in my opinion.
That's really bad idea tbh. Without name/social and etc will be impossible for us to track them. There is a lot of shit content floating in internet, so no need at all to have unsafe/untraceable content at all.A section for amateur models would be great, or a thread where we can post models that appear on sites like purple port, there are many on that site that shoot higher levels but use other names etc so at time can be hard searching to find. This way a request can be posted and someone if they know there OF etc can post, all in one place.
really works on another board I am on, but ok, was just a suggestion no foul! That's really bad idea tbh. Without name/social and etc will be impossible for us to track them. There is a lot of shit content floating in internet, so no need at all to have unsafe/untraceable content at all.
Yea, can be...But it's too risky. Each forum have own policy about those stuff, so ours doesn't include those kind a stuff.really works on another board I am on, but ok, was just a suggestion no foul!
do you think we could have a celeb leak section?
Do you have any suggestions for host files?Need to add 3 more files host to the allowed listed
Gofile sucks 95% of stuff uploaded gets deleted in 7 to 10 days might be time to dump this file host here
Pixeldrain the 10gb limit is annoying for full 2gb to 4gb porn scenes the 10gb limit is not enough if your posting image sets or 15 sec to 5 min Onlyfans videos it is fine. Should be a rule if you post Pixeldrain should also have to post another file host download link to
This is a recommendation more people need to report dead Gofile links seems like a lot of threads that have 5+ pages has atleast 2 dead Gofile links
