Support Can't enter simpcity.su without VPN

Hello,

I can not connect to simpcity.su without using an VPN for two days now. It works even with the same country I am located but only with VPN. I have just absolutly basic knowledge about network and domains and stuff and don't know whats the problem and how to fix it.

Any hints for me?

Since the last week or so I have not reliably been able to access the site. Was working fine previously without a VPN, now I have to shuffle through various countries with my VPN to find one that works. It's never the same country that works on a given day either. One day the Costa Rica VPN will work, next day it won't and I have to search for another that works, etc.

I know they made some changes and blocked some more IP ranges, is this just the new reality? Huge pain in the ass to spend 10 minutes shuffling my VPN connections to find one that works every time I want to access the site. Definitely leading me to use it less.

I have the opposite problem.
My VPN (ExpressVPN) keeps triggering the DDoS Guard, 75% of the time it stalls without getting the I AM HUMAN verification and I have to try and reload the page again (which doesn't always solves the problem). If I turn OFF the VPN I sometimes also get the DDoS Guard, but at least then I can get the I AM HUMAN verification. It's been like this for a few days now.

Some DNS stuff was changed and it can take a while to propagate to all the DNS servers around the world.
If you want to speed things up you can change DNS server to cloudflares

Having the same issues as everyone else. Works fine on my phone all morning, go to use site on my laptop, I get to the main page but when I try to login it just times out. No DDos or anything. Then afterward it stops working in my phone until I turn off WiFi and switch to LTE.

This is what happens when I try to access the site:

I can get to the front page of the site just fine. Then, when I click Log In, the page hangs. If I refresh or try again, nothing from the site loads anymore.

Resetting my IP by rebooting my cable modem, I am able to get to the site again, but the same behavior occurs. My ISP is Comcast. I am currently able to post here because I am tethered to my phone's mobile data, where the issue doesn't occur.

I’ve haven’t been able to log in on a PC for a few weeks now.

Nothing seems to work on desktop. Have the same issue as everyone else.

For me the site works sometimes, with or without vpn. A mod told me a few weeks back that I should slow my activity if I dont use a vpn, but even if I do, the site doesnt load or takes a lot of time and refreshing. I dont understand

Hi, I'm having the same issue, except that I don't use a VPN.
When I try to access the website through my wifi or my mobile data, it says:
Address Not Found The browser could not find the host server for the provided address.

But if I use my second mobile operator I can access the website without a problem.
Maybe a routing issue for wifi and my first mobile operator?

Yeah I think over 2 extra tabs open it triggers the slow down thing, been doing it since they made some changes, like the what's new only having 2 pages instead of 4, they are trying for it to slam the servers, like I get on a couple times a day, open all my watched and log off 5min later, now I'm here for 40min trying to reload pages.

It started for me like 2 days ago, without vpns it keeps loading forever, changing DNS didn't make any change.

It's strange because sometimes the site loads, so I don't think it's my ip range being banned.

I am using an adblocker, but I don't have any issues with the site while using it before, or now.

Like I mentioned, I can get to the front page just fine, but then when I try to log in, DDoS-Guard shows me a blank white page with two broken images, and then the page gets stuck loading forever. This occurs when connecting from my home internet ISP (comcast) and now my mobile ISP (T-Mobile USA) does it too. After the blank white page, I can no longer access the front page unless I cycle my IP lease, which may change my IP.

On my home internet router, I do use 1.1.1.1 as my default DNS with Google's 8.8.8.8 as a backup.

I am now posting because I have connected with a VPN. Frankly, this is too much of a hassle, and I'll probably just visit this site less then. I hope you get your traffic issues figured out.

My problem is similar to beeohess, but I don't use any addons, nor adblockers. It's a plain firefox (also tried chrome) installations.

Also I have tried a bunch of DNSs, google, cloudflare, dnswatch, open dns, quad9... None of it solves it.

started having the same issue yesterday aswell tried both my pc and phone and only solution is to use cellular on my phone or use a VPN

Are you guys in Incognito Mode on your brower when trying to access the site? My issue, with the DDOs Guard acting up, seems related to using a VPN and Incognito mode at the same time.
