Using dildos and faking penetration using awkward angles is one thing (however infuriating), but trying to pass off AI-enhanced parts of her body does potentially lay some groundwork for people legitimately saying her porn is fake and forcing her either to stop or get Onlyfans/Fansly to step in.
AI porn when consensually made and released has existed before but there's the concept of disclosure that's missing from her description of that video in question. She would be allowed to get away with it if she acknowledged that it was AI-enhanced nudity - though most consumers of porn are likely expecting the real thing instead of AI-rendered nudity/sexual acts. i.e. People seek out AI porn because that's part of their expectation and those seeking "regular" porn probably don't want to have that rug pulled out from under them once they realize there's been AI processing done on a porn star/creator's body.
Think about all the AI music that's going around right now where singers are supposedly "covering" other singers' work or the songs being released as rendered through AI are technically not even licensed songs that the singer legitimately recorded. It's a high watermark for AI and technology in general but a lot of people are going to feel duped if they find out that a computer put the music and the voice together and maybe they paid for it (or not). Same mentality goes for porn, but it's a lot harder to disguise that right now since porn is a
visual medium and music is an audial medium.
I've little doubt that Kaitlyn won't see immediate repercussions for her trickery using AI since we know Onlyfans/Fansly is protecting her through their hands-off oversight policy. The long-term consequences will only be possible if more porn stars/creators adopt AI as part of their process for releasing content and the public buys less of it or pushes back on it. Then, Onlyfans/Fansly will likely force their creators to label their content properly or put a stamp on profiles understood to use AI in a lot of their content. Music will probably follow suit. We do this already with food and GMO labeling, it seems likely that so-called "art" will be forced to conform to standards of disclosure so people know what they're getting.
