am i doing something wrong i can preview the upscale but not process just stuck on loading ai model can anyone help
The models are pretty big and afaik they only get put in the main windows install folder. So if you have limited space on that drive they might not download.
You might also want to go into the preferences and see if the "disable model downloading" is set, because that might be preventing models downloads.

So I have a video thats kinda dark and not very sharp, Ive been trying every possible program from premiere to topaz to (insert 3rd party name here) without much luck. Would you be willing to try to brighten and enhance it for me. I can show you the best ive done so far along with the original. I can throw you a few bucks for doing it if it comes out well if you want.
im lost i can preview too but it just gets stuck on loading ai model does not matter how small, large and time the video is. i just downloaded topaz and went straight into trying to process its not working. but on the file download read me it says to replace file? and then log in but i have to create an account to log in... do i need to make an account to work it? sorry if this is stupid can anyone help?
60 min to do 1 min is really slow, 2 seconds per frame, like something is not set right in process selection or your cpu is to old. When I had a gtx1060 it could do 720 to 1080 1 min in about 10min and that is half as powerful as a RX6600. Topaz does not need a lot of RAM but it does need a cpu new enough to have AVX2 encoder.

I don’t have a M3 but it’s pretty bad on both M1 and M2 chips. Would definitely go pc with good video card if upscaling is something you want to do.
Yeah, I saw that. They also had a Black Friday deal that gave out the entire AI suite for $279 which seems like the better deal.
Well, I guess we’ll find out tomorrow. Good thing I know people and didn’t have to pay SRP for a BTO MacBook Pro.
setting up is easy, just install and launch it, add your media folder, and run it on your localhost
and about RTX video you need to install the latest version of nvidia driver and edge

Don't know if this is the place to ask this but looking for someone to upscale an old video as I don't have to system requirements to do it myself, anyone able to offer any help?
