Some agency run accounts don't even give you a per minute price, it's a cost for custom and it can be 3 minutes or it could end up being 7 minutes. I kind of get that though because the effort for 3 minutes or 7 minutes isn't that different.

But the idea that a custom is worth $1500 is crazy unless it's a very specific request or something that is out there in terms of what the creator normally does.

I agree. That was the other part I forgot that they didnt even ask or get to how long of a video I wanted. They just said yes to it and threw out their different prices. Yes there are some girls that limit how long a video will be, or usually make 10 minutes or less as a standard, so I get that but none of that was even mentioned.

Even so, everything you said is true. The good ones that do it generally have it all together and have their own way of doing things, but its nothing like these agencies. They just figure if they can throw out a high price and some sucker will buy it, it was worth the time for the scam to them. They know if they get you to say yes, there arent refunds for customs so they can send whatever they want as long as it might have something in it that was requested. Its vile but another reason agencies are such shit.

I actually think when they do that the idea is to avoid sales, as weird as that sounds. The model probably doesn’t want to do them much, so they jack up the prices to an insane amount so she only does it if it’s completely worth it. It’s much easier for everyone on their side to just sell vids they already have.

I remember something similar when I was shopping for mortgage rates. My cousin works in banking and said a certain bank will only offer interest rates higher than anyone else because home mortgages aren’t their specialty so they don’t hire as many people for it. If someone accepts their higher rate, the extra money they’ll make on it is worth it. If not, they’re okay with it.

that makes sense avoids hassle with customs or gets lot of money its win-win.and this girls dont want to do lot of work or at all. that why they hire agencies to avoid the work in first place.
 
In the last month I think I have noticed a new tactic by agencies.

From two pages that I know are agency-run, I have had messages like; "Hi babe I had a management team running this page but I’m back by myself full time now. Message me for a chat xx". But then when you engage with them it is obvious it is still an agency by how they write the messages and they are still online 24/7.

So hopefully this is a sign that the agency situation is becoming so widely known now, that they feel like they have to try stuff like this to rebuild trust because people are having second thoughts about supporting creators who have pages run by agencies.
 
And that shit will probably work on some communities like India, 14yo boys or mentally challenged people.

I always wonder how many of those agencies are people from Brazzers etc, cause most the pornstars have an agency and it would make sense to me that they work with people they know and trust while the top 1% would want to work with people with credencials.

Whenever I browser my OF now it feels like amateur brazzers, some girls leave 4 paragraphs of bullshit dms, the russian cosplaying squad promotes 10 Videos a day in different bundles and then girls who used to just post a pic of themselves now always attach some tryhard -fuck me/ wish you were here- message to it.

Since they suck at selling the content they already have and like to push for customs I don't think that makes sense in the end. Unless the custom includes a name they could just get paid extra to create a piece of content that they then can sell to everyone else as well. So unless it's a custom with name I don't get charging a prohibitively high price.

Maybe one day they will actually get rid of the agencies, figure out that plenty of the subscribers just want an easy way to buy content and maybe the option to order a custom which doesn't mean they have to be online 24/7.

Dont underestimate how much work these girls think it is to record a couple minutes fingerbanging themselves. There are girls who have maybe 5-10 pre-recorded videos, but you will get the first 15-30 seconds "personalized" to the degree a name is personal then a smooth transition into one of the pre-recorded videos that fit the bill.

If it was with just the girl running it, I can understand her asking these high prices since OF has pushed prices much higher than it used to be. It usually isnt worth their time because they can make a video, slap a price on it and probably make at least what a custom is worth if they have any kind of audience. There are also those that do have to limit them because as it is, custom videos typically are very specific and you would be surprised some of the shit people request in them. This one girl opened up customs recently and shut it down within a day because of how bizarre some of the requests were, and she was willing to do some wild stuff so the unhinged have also caused girls to make it worth it to them. I know that is relative to some but its hard to resell what is often a niche market that most will balk at.

Then you have girls that genuinely like to make custom videos and that is mostly all they do. Its hard to find them but they are out there, it just wont be on demand like it once was.

Agency run pages and customs are either going to be prohibitively expensive or a complete scam. I still lean towards scam myself because look at how when you are having to talk to them, the point is the girl doesnt even have to get involved. Maybe only the ones that do actively work with the girl might be worth it if you are simping that hard, but most of the time, these guys on the other end of the screen are just there to follow the script, make a few bucks and dont give a fuck what you actually want. And you have to remember you arent actually talking to her at all if ever anymore. "She" doesnt answer messages, so when these dudes on the other end of the screen always say yes to what you want, unless its illegal and they can interpret it, its hard to get a no from them. The only noticeable things they always say no to are things they cant add to a video thats already made, and they will also suggest what they say they will do because that is what is in their vault already that hasnt been released yet. I cant say they are all like that because there are so many agencies and so many girls out there and they all have their own way of doing it, but see anything enough times and it starts to point to suspicion. Just my 2 cents anyway.
 
Anyone else notice that agency run pages are constantly on sale for like $3.50? Are they eating the subscription cost in hopes of scamming us with ppv/customs?

Absolutely. It's intentionally casting a wide net for as many buyers as possible. The more expensive subscription accounts are ones that usually have smaller followings, either naturally or by design.

Ya, I was referring to accounts that are either agency-run or run by the model but she’s too lazy to do them lol. I don’t actively seek out new accounts very often, so I have limited knowledge in all these agencies and the differences between them. But I still think the ones that have super high prices don’t want to actually do customs, whether it’s an agency-run account or not. They set the prices so high so they either avoid doing something they don’t want to do or they make a shit ton of money for something that, in most cases, doesn’t require much effort.

But I’ll admit that I’m a novice when it comes to customs. There are a few models I’ve simped to and tried really hard to get a custom but never got one. Then there was another account that had a perfectly reasonable custom menu with add-ons (squirt, anal, etc.) and their extra charge. Got a 10ish minute solo vid with my name that was done within a week and I think it was around $120.

No doubt. There are those that do set their prices high because they dont want to do them and make it worth their time because of it. I agree with you. I dont have much custom video experience either, but it has happened. I just cant justify some of their prices most of the time when I am not even sure what I would get. I also will admit that back when girls were camming, and it was them and only them, customs were easier to feel out because you could see what she was like and it was a lot better to know who and what you were dealing with.

I see why the agencies do the scam they do because if they had to get a hold of the girl to confirm what they are doing, who knows how long it would take to get an answer. Most girls that do them and run their own page, you can be going back and forth a lot before you settle on what you want. Thats not to say the agency girls dont do them. They definitely do. The one I still get dms from advertises them starting at $100/minute, but the agency will put you in touch with her through other outside means. She makes more than they are worth for her time, but she also limits them to only so many and that starting point probably goes way up. I never went through with it so I cant say what its like in every way but that is just how I have read it.

I can only say that finding the small pages where the girl does mostly customs is hard to do now, and there are others that have way more experience in how to go about it. What you got sounds like the way it should be for any good, reliable page and the girl that does things herself. When I tried to get one through this girl that now uses an agency, they were claiming they would do it the same day. While not impossible, its very suspicious since she was going to be out of town according to her social medias, like c'mon. I expect a week or two turnaround to be reasonable, but longer isnt out of the question. I can only say that these agencies have soured any adventurous chances i might take on them because while i dont mind spending when its appropriate, i am not willing to be foolish and think they would put in any actual effort. to each their own though and always hope everyone elses experience is better.

the real money is in micro transactions. they send general PPV's out every once in awhile, but they need subscribers to DM the agency so they can fuck them over with overcharged previewless PPV's. Such disappointing content priced nearly $100.
whenever a model switches over to an agency, their wall posts become minimalistic as fuck.

When I find a girl I might be interested in - usually recommended through these forums, thank you - I bookmark the account and watch it for awhile, see how much content is already on the page, see how often these kind of "promotions" come up.

It's still mostly true that a girl running her own account won't sell herself out for nothing.
