Would you believe it's possible to cheat the tagging system by tagging someone else in the video.
I know a lot of creators do this if they don't have a release form. They also do it if one of their regular co-performers has been banned.
Some things are insta- account nuke - like arranging real life meets on the platform.
If you read the insane creatorsadvice or onlyfansadvice subreddits then nearly everyone who complains they got banned for no reason ends up revealing that they actually did a serious breach of the rules - by arranging real life meets, taking off platform payments etc.
I'm fairly certain that the more money you make the less likely it is you'll get banned but not impossible.
As I referred to earlier - a promo account (which itself is technically against the rules) was uploading random content he pulled from the internet, including images of other OF creators. That should be an insta nuke imo because he is both committing copyright theft and uploading without consent.
Some creator made a big deal months ago about how OF discriminates against sex workers because she was using banned words like "schoolboy" etc - clearly a breach of the rules.
She then said she would quit OF and stopped uploading new content - but has kept the page up and still logs in to presumably sell PPV. Her profile bio says "No longer updating with new content after 24th August 2024, because OF has become unfriendly towards fetish content. My new fan page platform is updating 2x daily; check my Twitter" That is directing people to her new fansite and criticising OF and should be a violation but both the profile and the page remain active
There are some things that are hard no's on OF, like arranging to meet, FAF or escorting. That shit will get your account shut down so fast. There were some girls that when OF was newer, they had all of their socials linked including their hooker websites, and OF eventually banned all of them
.
I cant vouch for the way they enforce things, but it comes in waves. It usually happens around a TOS update from what I have seen. I also was told, but I would only take it with a grain of salt, that their monitoring of content is done through some primary AI base, so its not that good. Example is a girl that uploaded one of those videos where she was in it herself, but it was 2 videos mirrored in some way so its just her appearing more than once side by side. The system flagged it and she had her account suspended temporarily, and when she uploaded it again, the system wouldnt approve it. It took more than a month to get in contact with someone directly on OF to view it and approve it because her account is solo and has no other collabed vids either.
The banned words list is not hard to go around since agencies use that all the time, but you cant even send a message or write something that has banned words in it because it has a popup telling you something you are saying isnt allowed, but they dont highlight it either. Its stupid.
You are allowed to link other social medias, but using OF to process payments for other content sent outside of OF is a big no, but you have to be utterly stupid to be talking like that in messages anyway on both sides. They could technically ban her for trying to promote her content to another site, but ever since OF shot itself in the foot with the first purge, they havent been as twitchy about pulling the trigger on simple statements like that.
It all is selectively enforced though because look how they let agencies run rampant with scams and deception, no matter how much you report them for anything. They must be bringing in enough to look the other way, but agencies are also good at getting people to fall for their tactics that arent technically against the TOS. This way the only way refunds are issued is if they send content that is not correct, or so different than what was said. The rest is buyers remorse.
