I'd say a very controlling narcissist. She said last night that Rei texted her the other day(cough in person at the bar cough) how the time Katie ordered her coffee once, that it was such a nice moment and that Rei thinks of her as a real friend. But as we have seen many times, this isnt the case when it comes to her simps.
Whats funny is when katie was talking about it, you can see and hear the struggle when talking about it. So she knows what she is doing is wrong. But for some reason is so worried about her simps finding out anything.
There is no doubt that she was sick at one point, most likely from her trip to Austin the previous week. And most all of them seemed aware that she made plans to watch the eclipse in Austin judging by the chat on Sunday night. It makes no sense why she would tell them she was sick and that was why she wasn't logging on instead of the truth. I get her not wanting them to know about the boyfriend, especially when they find out/know who he is and what came from it and what it lead to. But I just can't wrap my mind around her mentality that she needs them to believe she doesn't do anything. It goes well beyond protecting ones self.

I have a theory of what's happening. When she had her previous (serious) boyfriend, the one from high school, he was just an average guy, it was easy to keep him in the shadows. Probably didn't have a very eventful life with him.
Fast-forward to now when she got a new boyfriend and since keeping her boyfriend secret worked out for her she is trying to do the same with the ratman, same methods, same lies.
Just there is a little problem, the ratman isn't an average guy, can't keep a guy in shadows who knows a bunch of streamers/content creators and invited to their parties; owns a site that present and/or sponsors public events.
It's easy to keep a boyfriend secret when all you do together is to go grocery shopping but when you go to almost every adult expo and a party every week, it's impossible.
