I've never gotten a refund from OF but they clearly state in their terms that they don't offer refunds and all sales are final. I've heard to get a refund you have to constantly email them dozens of times with threats of litigation or something just for the chance to get a refund.
Also if you do a chargeback make sure you scrape everything you want from your account + unsub and are willing to part with the account because OF will hold your account hostage/lock your account until you payback the chargeback. You can then tell them to shove it and make a new account with a new card. Chargebacks are simple and easy as long as you're okay with making new accounts every time you get scammed. I use virtual cards to make new OF accounts once one gets locked.
A point this thread is missing is Onlyfans is part of the problem here, not only do they enable agencies, but they prevent customers from reaching any kind of customer service whatesoever regarding sales and scams, which the site is rife with, and let's not kid ourselves, we all know they do it on purpose and they're likely in bed with the agencies, as one hand helps the other. Agencies take extra income from content creators and gives it to OF and OF makes sure nobody gets a refund and does their best to discourage chargebacks.
