Hey guys, I have an idea.

Could you rename "Trending" to "Popular" since that's pretty much what it is.. just a listing of the biggest threads with a ranking based on views/posts w/e and add a working "Trending" tab that gives us options to choose threads that have been getting a larger amount of clicks than normal in a certain timeframe (i.e. last day, 3 days, week), for example a really good video/image set on a thread that's been neglected for a while, you get the idea.
For some reason I keep clicking on Trending even though I know it's just gonna be the same threads all the time and that's not what I think it should be.

Have you guys considered automatically hiding posts with dead Gofile links, instead of outright deleting them? I'm trying to mirror a bunch of files that got taken down, and it would be helpful to be able to go back and see exactly what got taken down.

The point of deleting them is to encourage people to use better hosts that will actually keep the content up. Hiding them wouldn't wipe the score gained from the post which is why delete them.

It would be nice to see Pixeldrain banned the 5gb daily download sucks It would be nice if only allowed file host on this forum you can download a min of 20gb a day

Just saying Pixeldrain is going to turn into more like those shitty paying file host where guest and registered users only get 350kbps to 800kbps download speed

Cyberfile is by bar the best file host allowed here 4mbps to 5mbps download speed is just fine

I have never seen 5 download links here posted for Yandex and Dropbox why are they even allowed.

It would be sooooo nice to be able to sort through threads in categories. for example, instead of seeing the newest posts in the twitch category, we could sort by "most viewed". I wanna find new good shit without having to scroll through a ton of threads with like 3 posts 😭

We usually sticky a link of the discussion thread in content threads. But we lost all the stickied posts when we moved to a new server.
You can report the first post with the link and we add it.

I can bring up at least one reason against any host sites why we should ban it, but we can't ban every hosts. We only do it when there is a very strong reason.

Yeah, a more detailed response for you:

• We already have to hide trans away with trans content not showing on the what's new page or in the sidebar and it has its own trending, many of our users straight up hate trans content. I assume this would be much worse for male / gay content so we'd have to make sure we fully hide it away which isn't what the people who want that content really want.
• We don't have any staff into that sort of content so we'd have to get new staff and also hide the content from the existing staff (myself included) who don't want to see that sort of content at all. Its not just day to day running that this affects but also things like underage / revenge porn content removal from jpg4.su and saint.to which requires admin perms on those platforms

A better way to do it, should it ever be done, would be to have a separate forum dedicated to that sort of thing run by a different group of staff with a link somewhere on here to go find it, more like a partnership / spin off. I don't think that's going to happen and tbh you might as well go look at whatever existing male / gay forums exist, they'll be run by people into that content.

Hi, it would be nice if the links saint, redgifs, simp.jpg, etc. were blocked for guests/non-users.
So, they need to login or register to view or download the content.

What guests can see is intentional, they cant see everything (links, linked images etc) but they can see some stuff (saint, redgifs embeds etc.).
This is to tease people into making an account, they can see that this place has good content, good threads etc. but cant see it all without joining the forum and hopefully some of those then post more content etc.

Ok, I don't knew it was intentional. When I upload an image, I don't use the jpg link, there's any way to block the source image link (simp6.host.church/namepic) with BB Code or should I post jpg3 link

When using jpg4.su you need to use bbcode medium linked and not full embed.

There are a few reasons:

• Stops full size images slowing down the page and slowing down peoples devices.
• Reduces bandwidth usage of jpg4.su (bandwidth costs money)
• Provides ad revenue to pay for the servers. Pixl stopped uploads because they were losing money for several months.
