Can someone explain to me why I need moderator approval to post anything, esp in threads I myself created?
I have done nothing on this site that has broken rules, and I have contributed a lot to this site.

You're trying to request outside of the request categories (which you should not do) and your post was caught in the spam filter because of it.

something you said in a post might have triggered the spam filter or you might be trying to post a link from a website that has been black listed
