I have to wonder how big the demand for big tits really is. That's a good question I doubt the demand is coming from their audience. Sure there maybe one or two "fans" who are asking them to get boob jobs but I doubt it's the majority or a big enough minority to matter. Like I highly doubt there was anyone in Hannahowo's audience demanding bigger boobs.

I would imagine it has little to do with actual demands and more to do with things their own insecurities, a past history of people actively making fun of them for their breast, society not really holding up small breast as good thing, men who like small breast not exactly being vocal about it, producers demanding it, not feeling like a woman, etc... There's a lot of reasons but I doubt one of them is because of fan demands.
