I dont understand how to use pornolab. Im on may torrent sites, but i dont know how their ratio system works.
First you need to download that torrent file and use a torrent client to open/download that content.
When your torrent status reach 100% do not delete it, cus when it's finished to download that same thing will begin to seed. So basically you must have more uploaded then downloaded.

on pornolab you need at least a 0.3 ratio to download stuff,(ratio is total amount uploaded per account/total amount downloaded per account)
e.g. you just downloaded a 9GB file, you need to upload at least 3GB to other people to have a 0.3 ratio (3/9=0.3 basic math)
in order to upload simply leave the client open in the background and when someone will try to download it you will upload
I've downloaded 1 torrent a week ago. And my ratio still haven't changed even tho i seed on it 24 hours a day. What kind of torrents shall i download?
Popular studios get more downloads.
But, generally any video that you download as soon as it's released will have enough downloads after you to maintain a good ratio.
If you download an older video of course you won't get much/if any uploads, because most people download videos within the first few days of their release.
