What is the best torrent site option now that rarbg is gone?
I already said above: pornolab.
It is better than rarbg and is free to join. Use google chrome, translate the page to english, and signup then use.
It's the biggest non-invite porn tracker.
A bit off topic but to answer your question:
They also have 4K porn (same releases as XXXClub).
Empornium is invite only, will take months to get onto and you have to jump through a bunch of hoops.
Like the other poster said, pornolab is your best bet. Pornolab and empornium are the two biggest, with pornolab having more content from large studios, and pornolab doesn't require an invite.
Just use chrome, should give you the option to auto translate the page, signup, read rules, and your good. Super easy to maintain a ratio even if don't have a seedbox or leave your pc on all day.

Rating 0 (what is rating) no longer allows you to download new torrents. To raise the rating, you can return to the distribution of something from your past downloads.
ratio is how much you uploaded divided by how much you downloaded
the more you upload (seed) the more it will increase your ratio (basic maths)
in order to keep downloading stuff you need to upload at least 30% (0.3) of the total you have downloaded
e.g.: you have downloaded 3 torrents, 3 GB each; total downloaded is 9 GB and you need to upload at least 3 GB to have 0.3 ratio to be able to download new things
"how can I upload aka seed?" you may ask
simply leave the client running and people will download from you

on pornolab you need at least a 0.3 ratio to download stuff,(ratio is total amount uploaded per account/total amount downloaded per account)
e.g. you just downloaded a 9GB file, you need to upload at least 3GB to other people to have a 0.3 ratio (3/9=0.3 basic math)
in order to upload simply leave the client open in the background and when someone will try to download it you will upload
