Im looking for a software that can make short gifs or video snipets from long videos. Small video files for uploading to redgifs or the like are more or less the goal. Kinda like giphy, but preserving video quality, ideally with compression features incorporated. I have seen some projects in github, but most seem old and not updated, and I see people reporting errors in key features. So, if anyone knows of a good tool like this, please point me in the right direction. Thanks.
